Jurgen Klopp's line-up for Wednesday's game is already set.

One of the best games of the pre-season is here. Bayern Munich and Liverpool will face each other to fine-tune the last pieces before arriving in their respective leagues in August. Both teams need a boost if they are to return to Europe's elite. According to various reports, this would be Jurgen Klopp's line-up.

Goal: Alisson. Defence: Arnold, Konaté, Van Dijk, Robertson. Midfield: Mac Allister, Elliot, Gakpo. Up front: Luis Diaz, Darwin, Salah. One of the surprises is to see Trent Alexander Arnold at right-back for this match is a big question mark, let's find out if Trent's trial as a midfielder is definitive or if he will return to his usual position. In the last game he was practically an anchor.

Van Dijk, with the downturn the Dutch centre-back has gone through, is epochal. From being a centre-back who couldn't be dribbled by the best Hazard in the Premier League, to being a centre-back who doesn't provide security. Klopp expects him to return to his best because he could be the new captain.

The surprises

Finally, the other surprise is Harvey Elliot, the youth academy player has to take a step forward this season. If injuries respect him, he has to have a role where he can get minutes in important games.
