Trent Alexander-Arnold believes Liverpool can compete with Manchester City for the Premier League title this season. There's a rebuild going on, a lot of senior players have left, and it would be very normal to say, 'Get back in the top four and go on from there', but (competing for the title) is something that we Believe we can achieve," he continued.
