Liverpool secured an agonising 2-1 win away to Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park on Saturday, with Egypt's Mohamed Salah scoring his 200th goal for the Reds and a goal that could be worth up to 40 million to the club, as well as Harvey Elliott's goal to seal the win.

The big surprise in the starting line-up sent out by German coach Jurgen Klopp was the return of Brazilian goalkeeper Alisson who recovered from a muscle injury against Manchester City and the absence of Argentine midfielder Alexis Mac Allister who was replaced in midfield by Japanese Wataru Endo who did not have a good game against Crystal Palace.

After a goalless first half, the second half saw the home side take the lead with a penalty goal scored by Frenchman Mateta. Just when it looked like Liverpool were in trouble, Egypt's Mohamed Salah scored a fine finish to equalise and make Liverpool history with his 200th goal.

Harvey Elliott's celebration

And in the final stretch of the match, Harvey Elliott's long-range left-footed shot beat the Crystal Palace goalkeeper and sent the stadium into a frenzy, especially with the fans who had made the trip to support Liverpool. A video of the midfielder's celebration has gone viral on social media, with the midfielder simulating a move from a character in the Japanese Dragon Ball series.
