Tren Alexander Arnold's harsh message to Southgate after Liverpool goal to Aston Villa

The Premier League returned to Boxing Day with Aston Villa taking on Liverpool at Villa Park. It was just five minutes in when German coach Jürgen Klopp's side took the lead with a goal scored by Mohamed Salah.
