Sadio Mané's departure from Liverpool due to Luis Díaz

However, it is precisely the German coach who is the subject of this article, as a leak from the Liverpool Echo has revealed that Klopp was to blame for the Senegalese striker's departure. And it seems that since the arrival of Luis Diaz to the English team everything changed for Mané. Although the African was still getting a lot of minutes, he did not feel fully protected by his coach and, over time, the differences between the two grew wider and wider until one of the biggest transfers of the last transfer window was triggered.

His arrival at Bayern Munich for a fee of 32 million came as a huge blow to Salah, who was extremely surprised by Mané's decision to leave Anfield when he was still being given plenty of minutes. However, since the arrival of Luis Diaz in the winter transfer window this year, the Senegalese's weight in the dressing room began to plummet and, although he continued to play a leading role in Klopp's plans, he did not provide the love required by Mané, as the player himself confessed to his friend Salif Diao, who has been the author of these controversial statements.

It is worth mentioning that, although Mané took the baton from Lewandowski in Munich, his performance has not been outstanding, something that suggests that perhaps the player is regretting the decision made last summer: at the moment, the attacker has only scored 3 goals between the Bundesliga and the Champions League.
