Arthur is a rarity in modern football. He hasn´t tattoos, his dad is a farmer and he likes Brazilian country music

Before the deadline, Liverpool signed 26-year-old Brazilian midfielder Arthur Melo on loan from Juventus to replace injured Jordan Henderson who had a disturbance during the match against Newcastle.


This player is a rarity in modern football, because unlike most, he doesn’t have tattoos or earrings. He listens to Brazilian country music and is the son of a farmer in Goiania, a city located in the center of Brazil.

He arrived in Barcelona in 2018 and in an interview with Barca TV revealed that he loves country life, loves animals, especially horses, dogs and chickens. He is also a sports fan, ping pong, basketball and football volleyball are his hobbies.
 

What are his hobbies?

Declared his love for videogames and movies, and admitted that a Brazilian style of country music which has its origins in Goiana, is his grand passion. Ainda Sou Tao Seu, a song by his friend Felipe Araújo, is his favorite song.
