Liverpool's match against Newcastle ended in victory for the Reds, who once again proved their paternity against the Magpies, becoming the team that has beaten them the most times in the history of the Premier League. In addition, circumstances allowed Jürgen Klopp to use several players and several of them left pleasant sensations.
At the beginning of the match it seemed that it would be a very difficult match for our vice captain Trent Alexander-Arnold, as in the first five minutes he received a very questionable yellow card that left him conditioned for the rest of the match, and he was even very close to being sent off, which is why Jürgen Klopp considered taking him off in the first minutes of the match.
However, the German tactician was confident that Trent Alexander-Arnold would be able to avoid sending him off and it's a good thing he didn't, because before 30 minutes Virgil van Dijk was sent off in another controversial decision that forced Klopp to make changes that were not part of the original game plan.
But fortunately, in the end Darwin Nunez's two goals gave us the victory, but beyond the obvious sensational performance of the Uruguayan striker and Alisson's huge performance in goal, for Trent Alexander-Arnold there was one player who had a sensational performance.
After the match, Trent Alexander-Arnold assured that Jarell Quansah's debut was very good and that the defender's entry was vital for Liverpool's victory. "Jarell Quansah, absolutely incredible in his first game for us in a difficult situation (...) You don't genuinely believe you're gonna win the game but if you stick together. You'll get chances. The lads that came on, amazing. Jarell Quansah. Absolutely outstanding," he said.
