Luis Diaz has all the makings of Liverpool's new icon

Liverpool had a first false start (4-0 against Manchester United) and a couple of easier ones (2-0 and 5-0 against Cystal Palace and RB Leipzig), in a pre-season in which many spotlights are on newcomer Darwin Núñez, but from the inside everyone is looking at Luis Díaz.

The Colombian: his desire to work and his positive attitude continue to surprise the squad: "He never stops, he's very lively, he's very creative: he dribbles, he shoots. He's a top player and he already showed that in his first season with us," said goalkeeper Adrian.

The upcoming pre-season game against RB Salzburg and the final against Mancherster City for the Community Shield, (Liverpool) having not won it in 16 years, are perfect stages for Luis to show why he has everything to be an icon at the club.¿
