After a frankly disappointing season, Jürgen Klopp has reportedly decided to press the reset button and begin an internal restructuring of the team. The departures of players who have become stars for the Reds confirm this, as players such as Roberto Firmino, James Milner and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain have left the club this summer.
The German tactician and his coaching staff, as well as the Anfield board consider that it is time to make a profound change in the team's squad, so now the priority for the transfer market will be to sign young players with great future projection that can be part of Klopp's project in the long term.
That is why Klopp and the Reds' board prioritized the arrival of 24-year-old Argentine midfielder Alexis Mac Allister, who had just won the World Cup in Qatar 2022 and also had a great season with Brighton in the Premier League. However, after his legacy was made official, it was reported that Mac Allister is only the first step in Liverpool's new restructuring plan, so the fans are waiting for more signings this summer.
In that sense, Liverpool has a long list of candidates that could arrive at Anfield to play next season, and among those names is a very young player who has proven to have a unique talent and who is even rumored to be closely followed by Real Madrid.
The player in question is Arda Güler, the new jewel of Turkish football who has even been nicknamed the "Turkish Messi", as he has dribbling skills similar to those shown by Messi in his early days with Barcelona. Güler, 18, currently plays for Fenerbahce in the Turkish league and it is said that both Liverpool and Real Madrid are interested in signing him.
