Klopp opens up after Arsenal defeat and predicts the worst for Liverpool

Alarm bells are ringing at Liverpool after Colombian winger Luis Diaz was substituted in the first half against Arsenal on Sunday with an injury that is expected to keep him out for several weeks. In a fortuitous action in the 38′ minute of the first half, defensive midfielder Thomas Partey made a knee-high tackle on Diaz that left him feeling sore on the pitch.

As well as the pain caused by the defeat to Arsenal, there was also concern at Liverpool for Luis Diaz and Trent Alexander-Arnold. Both players started Sunday's Premier League match, but left the pitch injured. "Luis we had to change him before (half-time), (it's) something with the knee, it's not good," said Reds boss Jürgen Klopp at the post-match press conference at the Emirates Stadium.
