The Reds boss has almost secured his first luxury signing for 2023

For many weeks the Liverpool manager has been talking about his interest in signing quality and experienced midfield players in the face of the shortcomings his team showed at the start of the 2022-2023 season, with the German tactician seeing in Jude Bellingham the perfect qualities to complement his tactical scheme over the coming seasons, turning the midfielder from a mere wish into a reality that Klopp himself is almost celebrating.

Much of the work that Liverpool did to proactively convince the player was already done several years ago, as the Reds being a competitive team not only in the Premier League but across Europe, it was a big attraction that quickly caught the midfielder's attention, becoming more and more convinced as he became aware of Jurgen Klopp's clear objective for the institution in the coming years.

After the endless possibilities of exponential growth by Jude Bellingham at Liverpool, Klopp knows that the last step that remains for the player to give a resounding yes is in the financial agreement and in explaining to him perfectly that planning for the renewal of the squad, as both the monetary agreement and the clarification of the project are essential for his career to continue to rise as it has done so far.

At the moment the player does not have enough time to think about the offer and the opportunities for growth that he has at Liverpool as he is fully focused on the match against France in the quarter-finals of the World Cup in Qatar, entering for a few more weeks to the freezer the issue that seems to have advanced many steps in favour of Liverpool.

Bellingham to play at Anfield

After having invested heavily in the summer transfer market, where they acquired Uruguayan striker Darwin Núñez for a very high price, and having certain problems with the possible sale of the team by Fenway Sports Group, Liverpool must know that the signing of Bellingham must bear fruit, as the exorbitant price that Borussia Dortmund can present must be covered by the Reds if they do not want Real Madrid or another institution with greater purchasing power to take their almost already reinforced player.
