Cristiano Ronaldo's future remains an unknown quantity that many expect to know soon

Cristiano Ronaldo's future remains an unknown quantity that many expect to know soon. The Portuguese striker has left Manchester United in the worst possible way, and his relationship with both Ten Hag and the Red Devils has exploded after enormous tension between the parties. The Portuguese's time at the World Cup in Qatar has not been without controversy either, and the former Madrid and Juventus player also had his ups and downs with Fernando Santos.

Cristiano Ronaldo has spent many days on the bench for the British, as he has done during the World Cup with Portugal. The 37-year-old is seeing his career draw to a close as he looks for a new club to finish his final seasons. Among several possibilities for the Portuguese, Al-Nassr is the most talked about and Saudi Arabia say they are awaiting his decision.

After his goal v Milan, Thiago's tough message against Luis Enrique for leaving him out of the World Cup

"Cristiano was busy lately with the World Cup and I didn't expect him to deal with anyone. We won't talk about the other players, I wish Cristiano all the best regardless of his decision to come or not." Cristiano Ronaldo's future is far from sealed as the Portuguese is not willing to listen to any offer that Jorge Mendes puts on his table. The Portuguese striker has got his way and has managed to get Manchester United to terminate his contract so that from 1 January he will be able to choose a new club and join for free, but the player and his agent are clashing over his new destination.

According to AS, the tension between Cristiano and Mendes has been growing in the last few days as they are not in agreement at all about his destination given that the agent wants to take him to an exotic league to receive 200 million euros in two years, while the player seems willing to stay in Europe, although he is aware that he does not have many proposals and those that arrive are very short in terms of salary.

Cristiano has not defined his future

The tensions between both protagonists could become more serious as the player has approached Antero Henrique to help him find a new club that can give him a good salary and a good sporting project, this could be seen by Jorge Mendes as a challenge to his job, so things could end up getting worse.
