England struck an emphatic 3-0 victory over Senegal, who were missing Mané

The English took to the field at the Al Bayt Stadium where they took an important step towards their goal of lifting the World Cup again, just as they did in 1966 when, on home soil, they embroidered the only star on their shield so far. This time with a superb combination of veterans and youngsters, the 'Three Lions' outplayed Senegal by three goals to nil.

The game was tight from the start, but it took Liverpool FC captain Jordan Henderson in the closing stages of the first half to break the deadlock for the Africans, who were unable to hold out for the remaining two goals from the 'Creators of Football'. Senegal undoubtedly missed Anfield legend Sadio Mané in attack as they left the tournament with a clean sheet; zero goals.

Bellingham, through his personal account, asks for respect and recognition for Henderson who upon his arrival in Qatar has been singled out for his age and the level at which he arrived. It is a fact that Jude will be moving clubs next year, and it seems now more than ever, that Liverpool have the advantage over other elite clubs in the world, such as Real Madrid, Manchester City and recently Chelsea FC, the latter in the Premier League.
