In a very emotional match in which the Liverpool fans showed their affection for the German coach Jurgen Klopp, the Reds beat Norwich in a knockout round of the FA Cup with what continues to get into the final stages in search of another of the titles available for this season.

In the second half the goals continued to fall and in the 59th minute it was the turn of the Portuguese Diogo Jota and then the Dutch captain Virgil van Dijk who came on as a substitute and with a powerful header scored the fourth goal for the Reds. In the closing stages of the match the Spaniard Borja Sainz appeared to bring Norwich closer. In the last play of the game Gravenberch's goal was scored to make it 5-2. With this victory Liverpool will have to wait for the winner of the match between Watford and Southampton.
